Exhibitors


Registration will be carried out in a strict first-come, first-served basis as the stands are limited.

The layout of the exhibitors’ stands will follow the order of registration. They will not be grouped according to types of wines, origin or other ordering criteria.

Registering as an exhibitor gives you the right to:

An exhibition stand that includes:
A table (160 x 60 cm) with a table cloth
Two chairs
Wine glasses (and replacements)
An ice bucket (upon prior request)
Spittoon
A sign to identify each winery
A page in the exhibitors catalogue with own text no more than 300 words
A copy of the exhibitors catalogue
Lunch tickets: 2 per day
Buffet dinner tickets: 2

Registration requirements:

Complete the registration form.
Payment of registration fee.

Registration prices:

Wineries that participated in FIVE 2011: (970 € - 5% discount) + 8% VAT = 995,22 €

1st time participants in FIVE: 970 € + 8% VAT = 1.047,60 €

Participation in shared table: 750 € + 8% VAT = 810 €
